Duration: All refund or reprint requests must be initiated via email within 1 hour from pickup in store aNd 1 days from when package is received.
Print Quality & Adherence: We commit to reprinting any order that suffers from a print quality or adherence issue. However, issues arising from substandard file quality ans or color variance provided by the customer will not be grounds for a reprint or refund.
Management Approval: Refunds or reprints for reasons beyond print quality or adherence will necessitate management’s review and approval.
Design Requirements: For orders that involve DTF Transfers or Gang Sheets, it is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to design requirements as provided. Non-compliance may affect eligibility for refunds or reprints.
Every DTF transfer is custom printed to order. We do our very best to ensure all settings are repeated with every set of prints, but due to the nature of DTF printing, 100% color accuracy is not guaranteed.
Furthermore, colors as shown on your computer and phone screens can vary and appear different from screen to screen. Exact color reproduction from the Internet is not guaranteed. Colors can vary from your screen to the actual physical transfer. Again, we try to control settings to the best of our ability, but there are a lot of variables at play at all times with each individual print. With all of this in mind, please be prepared to allow some color variances to occur.
All of our printing occurs in CMYK. Any artwork that is received by us or printed by us has to be converted to CMYK before printing. If you artwork is in RGB, we have to convert to CMYK before we can print. With this in mind, there could be slight variances in color representation due to this. We are not responsible for these variations. If you are worried about your colors being true. Please use CMYK artwork. We don't generally have any issues with this, but we do need you to be aware that it can happen.
